STARTING POINT: “My dad owned White Brothers, and I grew up working there. He had me working there when I was 8 years old, and I’ve been in the industry ever since. I’ve always wanted to work for myself. When the opportunity came up to take over the importation of Talon, it seemed like the time to start my own business. We started with Talon and have quickly grown with Kite, DID, Excel and Galfer.”
THE JOB: “I talk to customers, process orders and make sure we are offering the right products. We are a small company, so I wear a lot of different hats, including advertising, paying the bills and making sure that customers get their orders. The biggest reward is having happy customers. I’ve been dealing with some of the same customers since I was a teenager.”
