AMA MOTOCROSS RULE OF THE WEEK: IS MY HELMET LEGAL FOR AMA PRO RACING?

The AMA will accept a wide range of helmet types and certifications, but only one brand of emergency helmet removal device is approved

The AMA requires certification before a helmet will be allowed in an AMA Supercross or National, but the only certification they don't accept is the "Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval."
