ASK THE MXPERTS: 2008 HONDA CRF250 BOG?

This Is MXA's Most Commonly Asked Question; Can I Stop My 2008 CRF250 From Bogging?

Dear MXA,
My friend said that MXA can tell me how to jet my 2008 CRF250 to stop it from bogging. Can you?

Yes, but we are getting tired of answering this question every month. MXA's recommended jetting is as follows:
     Main Jet: 188
     Pilot Jet: 42
     Needle: NMUU (NMGU stock)
     Leak jet: 65 (70 stock)
     Clip position: 2nd from top
     Fuel screw: 2-1/2 turns out
Notes: If you are really on fast, go to a 190 main, 55 leak jet and set the accelerator pump adjustment screw at 1 to 1-1/2 turns farther in to speed up the squirt.
