If you were asking about the front rotor the answer would be completely different—but the rear rotor has some promise

Dear MXA,
I have a 2005 YZ250, but my front rotor has a serious wobble in it. My friend has an spare 2008 YZ450F rotor that he will give me. Will it fit on my 2005?

The rear rotor from a 2008 YZ250F or YZ450F will fit on your YZ250. The front rotor will not.
