In 2006 James Stewart had a new bike (the Kawasaki KX450F four-stroke), a new number (he dropped 259), and a new lease on life outdoors. His year didn't go as planned, as he finished fourth overall in the point standings. However, he did win the opening round at Hangtown (pictured here).
